BEST SCREENPLAY 1st Place "DICE ANGEL" Dramedy / Black Comedy An insider's slant with a real Vegas point of view from Jimmy Delaney a 20-year resident and bar owner, and more than a bit of a loser. He hooks up with a wacky lady who claims she brings people luck with the dice - she's the Dice Angel. Is she crazy, a con artist or the real deal? She could be all three. Two improbable people that hook up out of desperation; he's only willing to consider taking on the Dice Angel when every other door in his life has closed, and she's a karma-spouting, planet-charting, colon-cleansing floozy. Mr. Brian Rouff A small town devastated by a horrible tragedy twenty years back, is forced to relive its evil past when an unruly group of teenagers take up residence for the summer. It's up to Nikki, the new sheriff's daughter, to save the town from the wickedness that has been unleashed. Messrs. Jeremy Rubin & Gary Lumpp
3rd Place - "MAYHEM AND MADE MEN" A man's former life catches up with him when a former friend, now a made man in an East Coast mafia family, comes back into his world and brings all the bloodshed and chaos along with him. Mr. Dan Wedeking
