"DICE ANGEL"

Dramedy / Black Comedy

An insider's slant with a real Vegas point of view from Jimmy Delaney a 20-year resident and bar owner, and more than a bit of a loser. He hooks up with a wacky lady who claims she brings people luck with the dice - she's the Dice Angel. Is she crazy, a con artist or the real deal? She could be all three. Two improbable people that hook up out of desperation; he's only willing to consider taking on the Dice Angel when every other door in his life has closed, and she's a karma-spouting, planet-charting, colon-cleansing floozy.
