The indoor space is more than 10,000 sq. ft. and features 10 edge rooms that can be used for wardrobe changes, rehearsals, meetings, office space, green rooms, and more. Ample electric power, adjustable LED and lighting fixtures, full A/C, A/V equipment, and rigging capability help make it easy for production crew to leverage the space and design an outstanding set. From graduation ceremonies to wedding receptions, small concerts, exquisite cocktail parties, business seminars, and more, the INDUSTRIAL Event Space makes an excellent filming location for nearly any type of backdrop needed.
The outdoor space is more than 1.8 acres of lot space and has a maximum capacity of up to 3,000 people. Parking is also available for up to 200 vehicles, offering a convenient and accessible venue for large production teams to meet at.
