Founded in 1999, Roseman University of Health Sciences is a non-profit, private institution with campuses located in Henderson, Summerlin, and South Jordan, UT. The University provides undergraduate and graduate level health care programs and includes the College of Dental Medicine, College of Pharmacy, College of Nursing, and an MBA program.

Roseman University’s dedication and commitment to fostering a highly collaborative and experiential type of educational learning is reflected not just in the development of the curriculum but also in the design, layout, and construction of its facilities. As an example, its unique hexagonally-shaped classrooms are designed to encourage active participation between the students and faculty, with the professor in the center of the room and the students up close.

The Summerlin campus is the latest addition to the Roseman University system and is also featured in our filming locations database. Comprised of two buildings, the first building is known as the Breakthrough Building. It is 143,000 square feet, containing primarily patient care facilities. The main floor includes an exquisite lobby with a two-story waterfall wall and an authentic Chihuly chandelier as a focal point. The first floor also has a medium-sized cafe and a 100-seat auditorium. The patient care areas also include:

• Fully furnished patient exam rooms and waiting rooms
• Nursing stations
• Diagnostic imaging rooms with equipment
• Corridors
• Offices
• Conference Rooms

A unique feature of the Breakthrough Building is its vast art collection that includes original works by famous artists such as Andy Warhol.

The second building is known as the Engelstad Research Building. This 180,000 square-foot building contains primarily research facilities and offices, including:

• 6 fully equipped, working basic science research laboratories
• 18 additional unoccupied but fully furnished research laboratories
• Collections of offices, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
