The Montage is a renovated high-rise residential building in Downtown Reno. Located on the site of the Golden Phoenix Hotel and Casino, the building was rebuilt with modern and sustainable systems for water and energy efficiency, resource conservation, and indoor environmental quality.
The Golden Phoenix was stripped down to its core in 2006 and the building conversion was completed in 2008. The Montage became a modern, 24-floor condominium tower with 56 unique plans of studios, lofts, row houses, residences, and penthouses along with a rooftop featuring sweeping city and mountain views.
