Historical Ranches w/ 1880's barn, Carson River
Located in the beautiful Carson Valley near So. Lake Tahoe. Ranch dates back to 1860's and is on the Registry of Historical Places, State of Nevada. The home has been restored to the early 1900's, Barn and out buildings date from 1880-1940's. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 4 car garage. A log cabin is on the property and has stained glass accents. The ranch with the home and buildings sits on 155 ac. and has and still is used for cattle ranching and has hay production fields. There is a corner of the ranch that has a fork of the Carson River following through it and is surrounded by open fields. The second ranch located 3 miles away is open land and is 335 ac. It dates back to the 1820's and is one of the earliest ranches in the Valley. It has and is still used today for cattle and grazing. It also has a fork of the Carson River traveling through it. Both ranches are facing the Eastern Sierra's and South Lake Tahoe is just on the West side of the mountains.
