Bright is a 2017 fantasy crime film starring Will Smith as Daryl Ward, an LAPD police officer who is assigned to work with Nick Jakoby, an Orc rookie police officer played by Joel Edgerton. The film takes place in a world where humans live alongside mythical creatures like orcs and elves, and this is the first human/orc partnership to take place in the police department. The two must work together to find a weapon that could destroy everything.
