“Nos Fuimos Lejos” is a new song by Cuban singer/songwriter and producer Descemer Bueno and Enrique Iglesias, featuring Cuban reggaeton artist El Micha.
“Nos Fuimos Lejos” translates to “Away We Went” (see full translated lyrics here). The song is the first one released from a deal Bueno signed with Sony Music Latin in partnership with Iglesias. The pair had previously wrote and performed the 2014 song “Bailando” together.
The music video for “Nos Fuimos Lejos” was filmed in early February 2018 in Downtown Las Vegas (right outside the Golden Nugget) and in Nelson, NV near the Nevada/Arizona border. Released on Friday, April 6, 2018, the music video had over 1.2 million views within 24 hours.
