The framework of the building includes pre-installed tension and weight load rigging points designed to accommodate a variety of functions without the need to set up additional temporary rigging. These rigging points allow for such things as enclosing the outdoor pavilion, hanging a car from the ceiling, elevating a platform, having a person soar across the room, and more.

The fully enclosed, gated venue also helps provide peace of mind during filming if you have high profile cast and crew members who value privacy and security.
