NEVADA FILM OFFICE Residency & License Requirements

Listing individuals must have a Nevada address and provide a current Nevada Driver’s license or other Nevada State issued identification to prove residence.

Nevada businesses must provide a copy of their business license (State, City or County). The Nevada Film Office reserves the right to remove listings from the site in the event a listing contains false or misleading information, including individuals who are determined to be nonresidents.

This requirement falls in line with the same requirement outlined in our transferable film tax incentive program. The Nevada Production Directory is designed to market individuals who reside in Nevada full time and companies who are licensed to do business in our State.

We will accept State, County and City business licenses for companies and valid driver’s licenses or identification cards issued by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles for individuals.

The online version and published Nevada Production Directory have been created to market Nevada crew and Nevada businesses.
