The Corley Ranch is a real working ranch raising cattle and performance horses in addition to farming hay and pumpkins. Located in Gardnerville, NV in beautiful Carson Valley, the historic Corley Ranch includes nearly 300 acres of lush pasture set against a scenic backdrop of the gorgeous Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Corley Ranch offers plenty of family-friendly activities that can be incorporated into your production. Some examples include:

• Pony rides
• Train rides
• Mechanical bull rides
• Bounce house
• Tumbleweeds Huck & Chuck (nontraditional gymnastics that focuses on pre-season ski and snowboard training)
• Horseshoe pit
• Volleyball
• Giant slingshot

There is also a historic barn called The Cook Shack and Western Barn built in the 1800’s where you can set up large parties for filming weddings, celebrations, dances, and other social events / family get-togethers.

Weekends in October include a hay slide, kiddie land straw maze, farm animals, miniature golf, pig races, hay wagon races, and a 3-acre corn maze if you have a seasonal scene you need to film. Every year, Corley Ranch grows over 30,000 pumpkins, and the Pumpkin Patch is open every October.

In addition to the setup of fun-filled activities, Corley Ranch provides other resources and services that may be useful for your production, such as:
