Location Details
The Huntridge Theater opened in 1944 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once a movie theater, it was also home to iconic concerts from Smashing Pumpkins, Beatie Boys, The Killers, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more. Elvis rented it out for private openings and Abbott and Costello performed their acts before a show. The theater closed in 2004, almost 60 years after it opened. It is one of the most iconic buildings in Las Vegas. More history can be found in the website links below.
Dapper Companies purchased the theater in 2021 and will spend the next few years renovating the theater and the two empty store fronts attached to it (former retail outlets that will be F&B spaces once construction is completed. As we won't be starting construction until sometime in 2023, several groups have used it for filming videos, TV and film projects.
