Minus5° ICEBAR is a unique, one-of-a-kind immersive ice attraction with three Las Vegas Strip locations: Mandalay Bay, The Venetian Resort and The LINQ Promenade. Minus5° ICEBAR offers a distinctively chill vibe for people of all ages, with signature frosty cocktails served in glasses made entirely of ice for guests ages 21 and older. Each ice bar offers over 90 tons of ice featuring interactive ice sculptures and themed art pieces and wall displays. Minus5° ICEBAR creates spectacular, Instagrammable memories for every guest.
Minus5° ICEBAR features 90 tons of special ice created by a freezing process which includes a proprietary system to create crystal-clear ice blocks known as “carvers’ ice.” The blocks are shipped directly from a designated ice distributor in Canada. Each lounge is constructed over a three-week period, with seven world-renowned ice carvers chipping, sawing and carving 250-pound blocks into sculptures, furniture, décor and more. Minus5° ICEBAR maintains its consistently freezing temperature of 23 degrees Fahrenheit (minus-5 degrees Celsius) thanks to a state-of-the-art temperature monitoring system that accounts for ambient temperature, humidity, body temperature, volume of people and more.
