Nevada law 231.128 says you must register your production with the Nevada Film Office (NFO). Please fill out our form below to register your production. The information collected on this form is confidential and is used to report production revenue statistics for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED).

NOTE: This is not a permit application* or a Film Tax Incentive application.*

Most jurisdictions require a location permit, a Hold Harmless Agreement, Proof of Insurance, and notification of any special requirements such as pyrotechnics, traffic control, street closures, etc. In some jurisdictions, additional fees may be required. The average permit processing time is approximately seven (7) to ten (10) working days; please plan accordingly.
