Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations is a travel and food show that originally premiered on the Travel Channel in 2005. The late Anthony Bourdain was the show’s host, and in the series, he visited many cities and countries worldwide to get a taste of the local culture and cuisine. On assignment for a major food magazine in the show’s very first season, Bourdain visited Las Vegas, NV, where he spent four days exploring the city with his friend and best-selling author Michael Ruhlman.
