Black Mirror is a science fiction anthology television series created by Charlie Brooker. It originated in the UK and premiered for two seasons on the British television channel Channel 4 in 2011 and 2013. Netflix purchased the series in 2015 and has since released two additional seasons. Black Mirror provides a Twilight Zone-inspired take on how various types of technology can disrupt and influence the development of human society in different ways.
The most recent (fourth) season was released on December 29, 2017. The last episode is titled “Black Museum” and is about a crime museum located in the middle of the Nevada desert that houses a collection of high-tech items.

While the museum was supposed to be located in Nevada, the actual building and nearby gas station used in the episode are in Almería, Spain. The production team for Black Mirror did travel to Nevada for filming highway and desert scenes. The entire episode was filmed in about a month.
Below are a few pictures from filming at Valley of Fire in Nevada. The white vehicle was used during filming. The crosses are tracking marks and they used those to superimpose the old car used in the episode onto this car.
The final episode of the fourth season confirmed a major fan theory that every episode of Black Mirror across all of its seasons exist within the same universe. Check out the Easter eggs discovered below (spoiler alert):
