Italian luxury fashion house Prada recently revealed a new short film, Neon Dream, highlighting their Fall/Winter 2018 Prada Womenswear Campaign, which features bold and vibrant colors, prints, and retro futuristic styles.

Directed by renowned photographer Willy Vanderperre, Neon Dream follows American model Amanda Murphy as she drives into Las Vegas, NV and catches the eye of actress Sarah Paulson, who plays multiple incarnations of a single character that follows Murphy and offers a unique perspective on the constant shifting of personal identity through fashion.

Although filmed on location, the version of Las Vegas featured in the short is of a reality reimagined; a work of fiction composed of archetypes – red velvet drapes, glittering lights, glowing Technicolor, billboards, and convertibles. As Murphy travels through the neon-lit Las Vegas landscape at night, she becomes another neon symbol illuminating the city in this beautiful rendition appropriately named Neon Dream.
