Located on the South Strip just five minutes away from the famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign, Bootlegger Bistro is a 24/7 Italian bistro featuring the original recipes of iconic restaurant legend Chef Maria (Mary) Perry from when she first started serving the Las Vegas Valley in 1949.

Mary Perry, also known as “Mama Maria,” passed away on March 27, 2019 at the age of 102. She received many awards over the years, including Nevada’s First Restaurateur of the Year in 1983. She has also been featured on several productions including Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown, BuzzFeed’s Bring Me, Vegas Cakes on Food Network, and more.

With Maria and her husband Al’s long, extensive, and well-respected reputation as restaurant pioneers in Las Vegas, there are stories abound of iconic celebrities like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Clark Gable among many other legends enjoying their dishes.

Bootlegger Bistro features a classic Vegas atmosphere with a piano room, wine room, and video poker bar.

Their Vegas Room offers a romantic “Old Vegas” ambiance with authentic celebrity and family photos. The Vegas Room can accommodate up to 50 guests.

The Copa Club features a unique nightclub ambiance with crystal chandaliers, special lighting and sound stage, full bar, and dance floor. The Copa Club can accommodate up to 300 guests.
