Scene In Nevada: Oxford Blues

Oxford Blues is a 1984 British comedy-drama sports remake of the 1938 film A Yank At Oxford. Written and directed by Robert Boris and starring Rob Lowe, Ally Sheedy and Amanda Pays, Oxford Blues is Lowe’s first feature film as a leading man. Lowe plays a Las Vegas casino parking valet, Nick Di Angelo, who becomes infatuated with the wealthy Lady Victoria Wingate. Nick believes that the only way to win the heart of Lady Victoria is to enroll in Oxford University and join the rowing team, which he finds a way to do. However, when he meets Lady Victoria, he discovers that she is already in a relationship with another member of the Oxford rowing team.
