The Core is a 2003 sci-fi disaster film starring Aaron Eckhart, Hilary Swank, and Delroy Lindo. The film is about a team of scientists and geophysicists who must drill down to Earth’s core and set off a series of nuclear explosions in order to restart the core’s rotation and save Earth from a devastating catastrophe.
